Raymond John Schoer

Mr Schoer is the Chairman of QRSciences Ltd and is a director of Pluton Resources Ltd, Ferngrove Vineyards Ltd and Australian Commercial Property Management Ltd. Mr Schoer was formerly National Director of the Australian Stock Exchange, a Member of the Experts' Committee to the OECD Committee on Financial Markets, and Chairman of the Steering Committee and of the Consultative Committee of the lnternational Organisation of Securities Commissions. Mr Schoer has also previously held the positions of Chief Executive of the National Companies and Securities Commission, Secretary to the Commonwealth/State Ministerial Council for Companies and Securities as well as holding senior positions in several government departments including the Australian Treasury.

In 1985, Mr Schoer received the Cambridge University Certificate of Merit for distinguished service to the community, in 1991 the BRW-Alcatel Australian Business Leader of the year award for outstanding achievements in Accounting and in 2008 was made a Knight of the Royal Order of the Kingdom of Sulu and Sabah in recognition of his achievements personally and in the field of business, industry and public governance.
James Eric Barr

Mr Barr is a Chartered Accountant who retired as an audit partner of Pricewaterhouse Coopers following 20 years experience as a partner at PwC and predecessor firm, Price Waterhouse. He is a former Chairman of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Victoria and a National Councillor. He was previously a Price Waterhouse representative at Urgent Issues Group meetings. Mr Barr has held directorships with various public, private and non-profit companies.

He is currently a non-executive director on the US Board of a US publicly listed company with Australian activities with responsibility as Chairman of the US Audit Committee and the US Conflicts Committee.
Greg Bundy
Independent Non Executive Director

Mr Bundy has two decades of experience in investment banking, stockbroking and funds management. Until recently, he was Vice Chairman of Merrill Lynch Asia Pacific with responsibility for all capital market accounts from Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore and China, to Australia. Joining Merrill Lynch in 1984 after graduating from Yale University, Mr Bundy's roles have included head of US equity trading, Managing Director of International Equities and Chief Operating Officer of Merrill Lynch Investment Managers. As well as a wealth of experience in all aspects of the Australian and US capital marketplaces, Mr Bundy brings experience in Asia.
Tan Kai Seng

Mr Tan is also an Independent Non-executive Director and Audit Committee member of IGB Corporation Berhad, a significant property investment and development company listed on Bursa Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Mr Tan was Finance Director of Parkway Holdings Limited from 1988 to 2005 and was its Group Financial Controller from 1980 to 1988. Parkway Holdings Limited is a leading fully integrated healthcare organisation in Asia, with one of the largest network of hospitals and healthcare services in the region. Prior to joining Parkway Holdings in 1980, Mr Tan worked in the audit team with Price Waterhouse, Singapore for approximately five years and a further two years on an International Exchange Programme with Price Waterhouse, San Francisco.

Mr Tan holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Singapore. In addition, Mr Tan is a Singapore Certified Public Accountant. He is also a Fellow Member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants, United Kingdom.
Eugene Lai

Mr Eugene Paul Lai Chin Look is an Independent, Non-Executive Director of the Manager. Mr Lai is a Partner at Southern Capital Group and brings with him a wealth of experience in law, investment banking, real estate and private equity. Mr Lai was previously the Managing Director and Senior Country Officer of Investment Banking at JP Morgan in Malaysia and Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Ascott Group Limited. He has also held the position of Partner at the Carlyle Group and Managing Director at Citigroup Singapore. Mr Lai began his career as an attorney in New York and in Singapore. He was awarded an LL.M from Harvard University and an LL.B from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Norman Ip Ka Cheung

Mr Norman Ip Ka Cheung graduated with a B Sc (Econs) from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. Mr Ip has over 30 years of experience in auditing, accounting, treasury, investments and taxation. Currently, Mr Ip is an Advisor to the Straits Trading Company Limited, where he had served for 26 years prior to his retirement in 2009. At Straits Trading Company Limited, Mr Ip held the position of Executive Director, President and Group Chief Executive Officer from 2000 to 2009. The Straits Trading Company Limited Group is a listed company with diversified businesses in property, hospitality and metal and mineral resources.

Mr Ip is the Chairman of the board of Malaysia Smelting Corporation Berhad (listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad) and also serves on the board of Australia Oriental Minerals NL (a company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange). He is also a director of WBL Corporation Limited, United Engineers Limited and Great Eastern Holdings Limited. He is also a Member of the Board of the Building and Construction Authority in Singapore.
Richard Nott
Independent Non-Executive Director
Chairman of the Audit Committee

Richard Nott is the former General Manager and Chief Executive of CGU Lenders Mortgage Insurance Ltd; General Manager Corporate Banking at Standard Chartered Bank Australia Ltd; General Manger Banking and Associate Director at Australian Bank, plus a twenty six years career with National Australia Bank throughout Australia and England. He was for some years a Director of Prime Insurance group, a Bermudan based Lenders’ Mortgage Insurer.

Richard is the Director and Chair Audit Committee of First American Title Insurance Company of Australia Ltd since 2002. Richard is a Director of Four Hats Financial Services Pty.Ltd, a venture capital company. Also, Richard is the Director and Chair Audit Committee of First Mac B Limited, a part of the First Mac group, Australia’s largest privately owned securitiser of residential housing loans.

Qualifications include Bachelor of Science (Hons) in banking, and Masters Degrees in Business Administration, Commerce, Insurance and Risk Management. He is a Fellow of Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance, Chartered Insurance Institute (UK) and Chartered Institute of Bankers(UK), plus Accounting, Chartered Secretaries, and Management institutes.

For over a decade Mr. Nott was President of the Australia-Britain Society and in recent years Chairman of the Australia-Britain Society Foundation. He is a member of the Cook Society and Fred Hollows Foundation.
John Love

John is currently the Chairman of Mortgage Guarantee Insurance Corporation Australia, the Australian subsidiary of the largest USA loan mortgage insurer, The Chairman and Member of the Audit, Governance & Risk Management Committee for The Australian Wine Society Co-operative Limited. He was the Australian General Manager for a Mezzanine finance company and was also the Head of Corporate Banking Australia at Standard Chartered Bank Australia Limited.

Qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce, a Master of Business Administration (AGSM) and a Master of Insurance and Risk Management (Deakin). In addition, he is a Certified Practicing Accountant. He is a Fellow of the Tax Institute of Australia, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries, a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Australian Mutuals Institute.

George Wang is the founding CEO of AIMS Financial Group and an active participant in both the Australian and Chinese financial services industries. Established in 1991, AIMS Financial Group (AIMS) is a diversified financial services and investment group with a solid track record and enviable reputation in the mortgage lending, fund management and securitisation markets in Australia, active in the areas of lending, securitisation, investment banking, funds management, property investment, stock exchange ownership and high-tech investment.

Since 1999, AIMS has raised approximately A$4 billion in funds from the capital markets. Of this, AIMS has issued approximately A$3 billion residential mortgage-backed securities, with most of them rated AAA by both Standard & Poors and Fitch Ratings, and has originated over A$5 billion of high quality prime home loans since 1997. AIMS is also the investment manager for AIMS' funds, which amount to approximately A$1.5 billion fund as at 1 November 2012. As the President of Australia-China Finance & Investment Council, George has been laying the foundation for the financial bridge between Australia and China for many years, closely following the development of the Chinese financial sector, at the same time building a professional team.

Nicholas McGrath

Nick heads AIMS Real Estate Team in Asia and is responsible as Chief Executive Officer of the SGX listed AIMS AMP Capital Industrial REIT.

Prior to joining MacarthurCook, Nick had more than eight years of experience in corporate finance and property funds management in Australia and Singapore with Allco Finance Group and two years of legal experience with Blake Dawson Waldron.

From January 2007 until the sale to Frasers Centrepoint Limited, Nick was Chief Executive Officer of Allco Commercial REIT and Managing Director of Allco (Singapore) Limited.

Nick holds a Bachelors degree in Business and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Technology in Sydney and has completed a graduate diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.
Zhang Yi Jun

Mr Zhang has over twenty years experience on investment, enterprise management. He is the former Chairman of the Board and CEO of Shenzhen Construction Investment Holdings Limited, and President of Shenzhen Supervision Bureau. Mr. Zhang also served as Director for a numbers of  Hong Kong Listed Companies include: Executive Director and CEO of Hong Kong Listed Companies Shenzhen Holdings Limited, non-executive Director of Coastal Greenland Limited and Road King Infrastructure Limited. Mr Zhang graduated from South China Normal University. He holds a EMBA degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is a senior economist. Mr Zhang studied Business administration and Property Management in Japan.
