Recent data (attached) published in the "Best Performing Funds" section of the Australian Financial Review in June 2012 indicates that this Fund continues to be one of the leading mortgage funds in Australia in terms of returns to investors. This Fund was established in 1995 and we are proud of our achievements in meeting the investment objectives for the benefit of the unitholders.
